`gh issue view` Read an issue in the terminal

Prints an issue's title, status, labels, description and optionally its comments, without leaving the terminal.

Synopsis

gh issue view {NUMBER | URL} [FLAGS]

Option or form	What it does
`-c, --comments`	Show the comments
`-w, --web`	Open it in the browser
`--json FIELDS`	Output fields as JSON
`-q, --jq EXPR`	Filter JSON output
`-R, --repo owner/repo`	Choose a different repository

Get just the labels

gh issue view 12 --json labels --jq ".labels[].name"

Use gh issue comment 12 --body "..." to reply and gh issue close 12 to close it.
Issue and pull request numbers share one counter, so #12 is one or the other, never both.
Long output opens in a pager. Press q to leave.
