gh pr create Open a pull request from the current branch
Creates a pull request on GitHub for your branch, asking for a title and description if you do not give them. Push your branch first, or let gh offer to push it.

Notes
- Run it from the branch you want reviewed. It uses the current branch as the source.
- Use --body-file FILE to read a long description from a file.
- The command prints the URL of the new pull request.
